Locally sourced 100% certified organic maple syrup from Walker’s in Underhill, VT is aged in Smugglers’ Notch Distillery’s award winning straight bourbon whiskey barrels. The result is a lovely oak and bourbon flavor, Grade A, Dark Robust syrup with rich color and caramel flavor notes.
Non-alcoholic with smoky, oaken bourbon notes, it is perfect for cooking, cocktails, in coffee, or drizzled over pancakes or ice cream!

Our Bourbon barrel aged maple syrup is aged 3 to 12 months in Smugglers’ Notch Distillery bourbon barrels.Whisk it into salad dressing. Just a little bit adds a nuance and balance more than it adds sweetness. Sweeten whipped cream with it. And of course stir it into oatmeal.
