SND Woodsman Julep Cocktail

The SND Woodsman Julep is a whiskey, bourbon barrel aged maple syrup twist on the traditional Mint Julep.

Ingredients:

4 mint sprigs

1 ounce Smugglers’ Notch Distillery Bourbon

1 ounce Smugglers’ Notch Distillery Rye whiskey

1/4 ounce SND Maple Works Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup

Crushed  ice

 

The Mix:

In a chilled julep cup, muddle 3 of the mint sprigs. Add the bourbon, rye and maple syrup; fill cup with crushed ice and mix drink by spinning a swizzle stick or bar spoon between your hands. Strain into ice-filled glass. Top with more crushed ice and garnish with remaining mint sprig.
